A.
All applications for connection to public sewer and/or water shall be governed by the current rules and regulations of the Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority (CCMUA), the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), and any requirements set forth by ordinances adopted by the Borough of Clementon.

Applications made for connection to public sewer and/or water are subject to review by the Borough of Clementon and its Municipal Engineer. All application fees, review escrows, inspection escrows, connection fees, performance bonds, and maintenance bonds shall be posted in accordance with the requirements set forth by the Borough of Clementon.

Applications which require a treatment works approval (TWA) permit and/or a Bureau of Water System Engineering (BWSE) drinking water permit shall have all applicable NJDEP forms completed and submitted for review. Following review and approval by the Borough of Clementon, endorsements of each application will be provided, as applicable, accompanied by resolution(s). Applicants are responsible for obtaining approval from the CCMUA as required for a TWA permit application. For BWSE applications, applicants are responsible for the costs associated with preparation of GIS shape files of the proposed water system for submission to NJDEP.
