B. 
On all streets where angle parking is required, every vehicle parked at the angle shall be parked with its front nearest the curb.
A. 
Definitions. As used in this section, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
DESIGNATED RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA
An area in which parking upon the public highway is restricted to residents of the identified area.
RESIDENT
A person who is a resident of a designated residential permit parking area.
RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNIT
A dwelling unit located upon a street within a residential permit parking area occupied by one or more persons as a common residence for which water service is separately metered.
B. 
Restriction of parking. Only persons who display in their vehicles valid residential parking permits are permitted to park on the public highway in designated residential permit parking areas.
C. 
Exemption of certain vehicles. Delivery, municipal, public utility, and emergency vehicles may be parked on the public highway in designated residential permit parking areas without display of residential parking permits.
D. 
Signage. All designated residential permit parking areas shall be marked by appropriate signage at each street intersection and at intervals of not more than 300 feet between intersections along all streets within the designated residential permit parking areas.
E. 
Permits. Residents shall secure a permit or permits for vehicles to park upon the public highway from the Chief of Police who shall determine the form of the permit and prescribe the location upon each vehicle for the display thereof. Two permits shall be available to each residential dwelling unit within each designated residential permit parking area. There shall be no fee for the issuance of a permit but a replacement permit shall be issued upon the payment of a fee determined by the Chief to represent the cost of replacement of the permit.
F. 
Penalties. A person violating this section shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 450-42 of this chapter.
G. 
Application of duly posted parking restrictions. All duly posted parking restrictions shall apply to residents parking in designated residential permit parking areas.
H. 
Designation of residential permit parking areas. The following areas are designated as residential parking areas.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle or to allow the same to remain parked, at any time between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., on any of the following portions of the highways of the Borough on the days hereby respectively designated for street sweeping purposes:

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50 and costs. Provided, it shall be the duty of the police officers and of parking enforcement personnel of the Borough to report to the appropriate official all violations of any provision of this article indicating, in each case, the section violated; the license number of the vehicle involved in the violation; the location where the violation took place; and any other facts that might be necessary in order to secure a clear understanding of the circumstances attending the violation. The police officer or other person making the report shall also attach to or place upon every such vehicle a notice stating that the vehicle was parked in violation of this article. The notice shall contain instructions to the owner or driver of the vehicle that if he will report to the office of the Chief of Police and pay the sum of $10 within 24 hours after the time of the notice, or if he will place the sum of $25 enclosed within the envelope provided in any of the special parking fine boxes installed at various locations within the Borough, that act will save the violator from prosecution and from payment of the fine and costs prescribed in the first sentence of this section.
