A.
Parking permits, upon receipt of $45 per calendar year (prorated
from date of issuance to end of the calendar year) may be issued by
the Borough Manager for the balance of the calendar year in areas
controlled by four-hour (blue) meters.
B.
The rates of charge for four-hour (blue) meters are $0.10 per two-hour
period and $0.20 or $0.25 per four-hour period.
C.
This section shall be effective January 1, 2011.
A.
Parking in metered parking spaces shall be regulated by the meter.
The rates shall be the same as the rates for on-street parking regulated
by two-hour (silver) meters ($0.05 per half hour) ($0.20 or $0.25
per two hours). Parking in permit-posted spaces shall be regulated
by space-specific permits issued by the Borough Manager for a fee
of $120 per calendar year (prorated from date of issuance to the end
of the calendar year).
B.
This section shall be effective January 1, 2011.
