Applicants are required to indemnify and hold the Township harmless for its use of the facility. By submitting the application, applicants are agreeing the indemnity and hold harmless language contained in the application. No person(s) shall possess, sell or consume alcoholic beverages on municipal property without a resolution of the governing body authorizing the possession, sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Applicants shall be responsible for cleaning of the facility after its use. The facility shall be left in the same condition it was prior to use. All trash must be removed from the property, and all furniture must be put back to its location prior to use. The applicant shall be responsible for any damage to the Township's property during use.
