Town of Belvidere, NJ Article IV Vehicle Exclusions

§ 485-13 Vehicles over designated weights excluded from certain streets; violations and penalties.

A. Vehicles over designated gross weight limits are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 485-38) except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets, said Schedule V being attached to and made a part of this chapter.

B. Violations shall be punished by the following fine: $750.

§ 485-14 Vehicles over 1 1/2 tons and 80 inches excluded.

Vehicles over 1 1/2 tons gross weight and a maximum width of 80 inches are hereby prohibited from using the alleyway running from Water Street between Block No. 5, Lot No. 12 and Block No. 5, Lot Nos. 13 and 14.
