A. The
City of Green Park, Missouri, is hereby declared to be a body politic
and incorporated by the name and style of "The City of Green Park".
B. The
City of Green Park is organized and exists as a political subdivision
of the State of Missouri and municipal corporation and Fourth Class
City in accord with the laws of the State of Missouri. The City shall
exercise all the powers and enjoy all the privileges and rights appertaining
to political subdivisions, municipal corporations and Fourth Class
Cities in accord with the Constitution and Laws of the State of Missouri
and shall have perpetual existence.

The metes and bounds of the original area of the City of Green
Park are as follows:
A parcel of land located in Township 44 North, Range 6 East,
5th Principal Meridian, St. Louis County, Missouri, being more particular
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the northwestern right-of-way
line of Interstate 55 and the northeastern right-of-way line of Lindbergh
Boulevard (State Highway 61 & 67); thence northwesterly, along
the meanderings of the northeastern right-of-way of Lindbergh Boulevard
across Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way and continuing to
the southeasterly right-of-way line of Tesson Ferry Road (State Highway
21); thence northeasterly, along the meanders of the southeastern
right-of-way of Tesson Ferry Road and its prolongation thereof, across
Gateway Trailnet, Inc., a Missouri Corporation property (formerly,
Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way), to the northeastern right-of-way
of said property; thence southeasterly, along the meanderings of said
northeastern right-of-way crossing Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way
and Mackenzie Road right-of-way to the northwestern right-of-way line
of Interstate 55; thence southwesterly, along said northwest right-of-way
line and its meanders, to the point of beginning.
