This chapter may be amended by changing the boundaries of districts
or by changing any other provision thereof, whenever the public necessity
and convenience and the general welfare require such amendment, by
following the procedure of this article.
The Village Board of Trustees may, from time to time, on its
own motion or on petition, amend, supplement or repeal the regulations
and provisions of this chapter after public notice and hearing, in
accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
