The Borough hereby elects to appoint an independent auditor,
who shall be a certified public accountant, registered in Pennsylvania,
to perform an independent examination of the accounting records of
the Borough, annually, and to perform such other duties and exercise
the powers conferred by law upon independent auditors.

In accordance with law, the office of elected Borough Auditor
is abolished.
