A. No
person who performs tattooing, body piercing or branding shall practice
without a license issued by the Director of the Missouri Division
of Professional Registration.
B. No
establishment in which tattoos, body piercing or brandings are applied
shall be operated without a license issued by the Director of the
Missouri Division of Professional Registration.
C. Any
person or establishment who violates this Section shall be fined not
more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) per occurrence.
D. For
purposes of this Section, each day that such person or establishment
is in violation of this Chapter shall be a separate occurrence punishable
under this Section.

A. Each
person who performs tattooing, body piercing or branding on another
person shall perform such actions in conformance with those portions
of the Missouri Code of State Regulations and Chapter 324, RSMo.,
which are applicable to tattooing, branding and body piercing.
B. Each
establishment in which tattoos, body piercing or brandings are applied
shall be operated in conformance with those portions of the Missouri
Code of State Regulations and Chapter 324, RSMo., which are applicable
to tattooing, branding and body piercing.
C. Any
person or establishment who violates this Section shall be fined not
more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) per occurrence.
D. For
purposes of this Section, each day that such person or establishment
is in violation of this Chapter shall be a separate occurrence punishable
under this Section.

A. Inspections
of establishments at which tattoos, body piercing and/or brandings
are applied and of persons who perform tattooing, body piercing and/or
brandings, shall be performed by the Nodaway County Health Department
no less than two (2) times each calendar year. The purpose of these
inspections is to insure compliance by such persons and establishments
with the Missouri Code of State Regulations applicable to tattooing,
branding and body piercing. A copy of the results of said inspections
shall be forwarded to the City by the Nodaway County Health Department.
B. Any
person or establishment who does not allow the Nodaway County Health
Department to perform the required inspection shall be fined not more
than five hundred dollars ($500.00) per occurrence.
C. For
purposes of this Section, each day that such person or establishment
does not allow the Nodaway County Health Department to perform such
inspection shall be a separate occurrence punishable under this Section.
