When an item has been identified as being unneeded surplus or at end-of-life, the City of Bonne Terre shall dispose of said items through the bid process.
The request for bids shall be posted in the local paper for three (3) days and posted at City Hall for seven (7) days. Bids will be accepted for a period of fourteen (14) days after the first (1st) posting.
The bids will be opened and awarded to the highest bidder at the following schedule City Council meeting.
Successful bidders shall have a period of three (3) days to make payment and seven (7) days to remove said item unless other arrangements have been approved by the City Manager.
