This chapter shall apply to any and all development subject to Chapter
301, Zoning and Land Development, Part
4, Article
LVI, Site Plan Review, of the Riverhead Town Code.

The proponent shall submit, through the Planning Department,
a minimum of two copies of such drawings as shall clearly represent
those structural, topographical and design features so that the Architectural
Review Board can arrive at an evaluation of the proposed construction,
reconstruction, addition or alteration. These plans shall likewise
include structures and significant natural features on abutting properties.
The Architectural Review Board may require such other information
and exhibits as it deems necessary to enable the Board to reach an
informed result. That information may include, but shall not be limited
to:
A. Photographs of any existing on-site structures or photographs from
the site of any neighboring structures.
B. Detailed drawings of decorative elements.
C. Samples of exterior materials and colors.
D. Location and method of refuse storage.
F. Sectional studies to explain the character of the design.
G. Scale drawings of adjacent buildings.
