Whenever any Fire Marshal or CEO, as mentioned in § 231-3, shall find in any building or upon any premises dangerous or hazardous conditions or materials as follows, the Fire Marshal or CEO shall order such dangerous conditions or materials to be removed or remedied in such manner as may be specified by the Fire Marshal or CEO.
A.
Any violation of the provisions of the New York State Fire Prevention
Code, as promulgated pursuant to Article 18 of the Executive Law of
the State of New York, shall be deemed a violation of this section
of the Town of Riverhead Fire Prevention Code and subject to the penalties
defined herein.
