A.
No person shall engage in the business of dry cleaning without a
permit issued pursuant to this chapter.
B.
No change shall be made of the solvent in the equipment to a solvent
of a more hazardous class unless written permission for such change
shall first have been obtained from the Fire Marshal or CEO.
