A.Â
Any person, association, firm or corporation which violates any provision
of this Part 4 or assists in the violation of any provision of this
Part 4 shall be guilty of a violation, punishable:
(1)Â
By a fine of not less than $500 and not exceeding $1,000 or by imprisonment
for a period not to exceed 15 days, or both, for conviction of a first
offense.

(2)Â
By a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $3,000 or by imprisonment
for a period not to exceed 15 days, or both, for conviction of the
second of two offenses, both of which were committed within a period
of five years.
(3)Â
By a fine of not less than $2,500 nor more than $5,000 or by imprisonment
for a period not to exceed 15 days, or both, for conviction of the
third or subsequent offenses of a series of offenses, all of which
were committed within a period of five years.

B.Â
Each week's continued violation shall constitute a separate and additional
violation.
C.Â
Each and every aforementioned fine shall be doubled for violations
committed by nonresidents and/or commercial entities.
