A.
During
the weekday hours of 7:00 A.M. through 8:30 A.M. and 2:30 P.M. through
3:30 P.M. during the school year, Ninth Street, between the intersections
of Ninth Street and DeLisle and Ninth Street and King Street, shall
be closed to through traffic.
B.
No vehicles
shall be allowed on this section of Ninth Street during said hours
except for emergency vehicles.
