Unless the contents specifically indicates otherwise, the meaning of the terms used in this Chapter shall be as follows:
A narrow way designated for the special accommodation of the property it reaches.
A plant with branches springing from a center location on which leaves, needles or flowers grow at various times of the year, which has dense growth from the ground to its top.
That part of a public street or highway or right of way or persons yard designated or designed for the use of pedestrians or bicycle traffic.
An urbanway or thoroughfare or road or publicway whether paved or not whose intended purpose is for the carrying of vehicular traffic of the general public, not to include service entrances or driveways leading from the street to the adjoining premises.
A woody plant the branches of which spring from and are supported upon a trunk or body.
