Any member of the Police Department and the Bay Constables of
the Town are hereby empowered to enforce the provisions of this Part
2, and every person in charge of a vessel navigating or using the
waterways of the Town shall at all times obey the lawful orders of
the members of such Police Department and Bay Constables, and such
officers shall have the right to stop any vessel navigating or using
the waterways of the Town for the purpose of enforcing this Part 2.

A.Â
Any person who violates any provision of this Part 2 shall be guilty
of an offense and shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not
to exceed $500 or less than $100 or imprisonment for not more than
six months, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
B.Â
The Town Board may also maintain an action or proceeding in the name
of the Town in a court of competent jurisdiction to compel compliance
with or to restrain by injunction the violation of this Part 2.
