In a proceeding on a petition a party may introduce evidence,
confront and cross examine witnesses and admit or deny allegations
made in a petition.
The Court may accept reports and other public records into evidence
where such evidence is otherwise unavailable. All relevant evidence
may be received or relied upon at the Court's discretion. The
Court shall take into consideration the case service plan and any
report by an agency responsible for the care and supervision of the
juvenile.
At the disposition phase of the case, materials prepared pursuant
to a Court ordered examination, interview, or course of treatment
can be received and used by the Court.
