Unless specifically stated elsewhere in this chapter, the meanings
of the terms used in this chapter shall be as follows:
The Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi Indians Police
Department, hereinafter referred to as the "Department" or the "Police
Department."
The Director of Law Enforcement for the Nottawaseppi Huron
Band of the Potawatomi Indians Police Department appointed by the
Council.
All lands and waters within the exterior boundaries of the
Pine Creek Indian Reservation and all other lands and waters held
in trust for the Tribe by the United States of America.
