This chapter is adopted by Tribal Council through Resolution
No. 06-25-09-03.
This chapter may be amended by Tribal Council in accordance
with the Constitution and any laws or procedures governing amendment
of laws of the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi.
If any provision of this chapter or its application to any person
or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other
provisions or applications of this chapter which can be given effect
without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the
provisions of this chapter are severable.
