Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi, MI Article I Formation of Authority

§ 11.2-1 Formation.

Pursuant and subject to the terms of this organizational charter, the Tribal Council (the "Tribal Council") of the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi ("the Tribe") does hereby form and establish a tribal business enterprise, which shall constitute and operate as an unincorporated instrumentality and political subdivision of the government of the Tribe.

§ 11.2-2 Name.

The name of the business enterprise formed pursuant hereto shall be the "Bkedé o Mshiké General Store" (the "General Store").

§ 11.2-3 Legal basis of formation.

The General Store is formed by the Tribal Council in the exercise of its powers under Article VI, Section 1, subsections h and m of the Tribe's Constitution.
