There shall be a shift differential for all nursing personnel
as follows:
A.
Nurses employed on the evening and night shifts shall be paid an
additional shift differential per the following schedule:

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, a shift
differential of $0.45 per hour shall be paid to all employees holding
the class title of "junior building custodian" or "senior building
custodian" who work on the second or third shift.
A.
Applicability. Compensation for those positions covered by §§ 50-302, 50-306, 50-307, 50-308, 50-309, 50-310, and 50-311 and the following listed positions contained in § 50-301 shall be increased from the then-current compensation to the rate provided in Subsection B of this section:
