There shall be in the Parks and Cemeteries Division an Administrator
of Parks and Cemeteries Division, who shall see that the rules and
regulations of the City Council and the orders of the Board of Park
Commissioners in relation to recreational facilities, cemeteries and
trees are carried out.
The Administrator of Parks and Cemeteries Division shall have
charge of directors, supervisors, laborers, caretakers and other employees
necessary for the efficient administration of the public playground
system, the public cemeteries and public trees.
