The Board of Park Commissioners shall have and exercise all
the powers, duties and responsibilities of the Armory Commission.
The Board of Park Commissioners shall promote the City Armory in a
manner which will be most beneficial to the City and shall endeavor
to maximize and diversify its use.
In any one fiscal year in which the cost of operation and staffing
of the Armory facilities have been met by income, 25% of the net income
thereafter or $7,500, whichever is the lesser, shall be apportioned
equally among the Armory Commission members as remuneration.
The Armory shall be used for, but not limited to, the following
purposes:
