As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
A short, lightweight surfboard often ridden lying prone, which is also called a "body board."
A small, light, canoe-like boat consisting of a light frame with a watertight fiberglass or canvas cover.
A small surfboard that is propelled across water by a large kite, to which the rider is attached via a harness.
A type of surfboard with one end rounded and the other tapered to a point, used chiefly in surfing and often in lifesaving.
A type of short, rounded surfboard used for riding in shallow water.
A long, narrow board made of wood, metal or fiberglass on which a person stands or lies prone in surfboarding.
