Midblock crosswalks having a minimum width of six feet shall be established at the locations listed in Schedule II (§
265-52), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§
265-54), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.

No person shall make a U-turn, or any turning motion crossing the centerline of a street, other than into a designated driveway on any street or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§
265-55), attached to and made part of this chapter.

No person shall access an angled parking stall in the Village
on or in a public right-of-way where the angle of the stall is away
from the direction of the vehicle's travel.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§
265-56), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VII (§
265-57), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VIII (§
265-58), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting the through street except where yield signs are provided for in the designations.
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§
265-59), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule X (§
265-60), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The lane locations described in Schedule XI (§
265-61), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as lane use reservations, and traffic shall move only as indicated.
No-passing zones are hereby established and shall be maintained along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XII (§
265-62), attached to and made a part of this chapter, as authorized by the New Jersey Department of Transportation in accordance with the sketch dated and numbered as indicated.
Trucks in excess of the gross weights indicated are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XIII (§
265-63), attached to and made a part of this chapter, except for the pickup and delivery of materials on such streets.

A. No motor vehicle or combination of vehicles, including loads or contents
of any part or portion thereof, shall exceed 10 feet and 11 inches
in height in any direction of travel at the following locations:

C. It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle or combination of vehicles,
including loads or contents of any part or portion thereof to operate
that motor vehicle on any Village street in a manner that causes damage
to trees within the Village right-of-way.
D. Any vehicle or combination of vehicles, including load or contents
of any part or portion thereof found to be in violation of this section
shall be subject to a fine of not less than $200, nor more than $250.

No motor vehicle or combination of vehicles, including loads
or contents of any part or portion thereof, shall exceed 22 feet in
length and 10,000 pounds in gross vehicle weight on the following

No person shall operate a vehicle on those streets or parts of streets as described in Schedule XIV (Village Code §
265-64), attached to and made a part of this chapter, during the times of the days indicated in said schedule unless he is a resident of the said street needing access to his home or can demonstrate or document a need to access a residence on the streets or parts of streets as described.

All solid waste vehicles used for transportation
of solid waste shall, except for operations of their collection service
routes, access and exit solid waste facilities solely in accordance
with the designated solid waste vehicle route as specified in the
Bergen County Solid Waste Management Plan.
