A person shall not trim, cut down or remove a tree or shrub
from land that is owned or controlled by the Town unless s/he has
first obtained written authorization from the Tree Warden or his or
her deputy and from the Conservation Commission if under its jurisdiction.
The owner of any real estate in the Town which abuts on any
public or private way within the Town where there is a tree belt shall
keep said tree belt mowed and free and clean of all litter, debris,
noxious woods and brush, and encroaching bushes, and shall maintain
the same in a clean and sanitary manner.
