Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Ch. 224, Fires and Fire Prevention, which consisted of Art. I, General Regulations, adopted §§ 5.07 to 5.11, 11.01.040 and 11.25 of the 1984 Code, and Art. II, Fire Prevention Code, adopted as § 5.13 of the 1984 Code, as amended. This ordinance changed chapter title from "Fires and Fire Prevention" to "Fire Prevention and Protection."
