The Village of Camillus hereby elects to become a participant
in the Onondaga County Municipal Employees Benefit Trust, as established
by Resolution 401-83 of the Onondaga County Legislature, and hereby
agrees to be subject to and abide by the provisions of the Onondaga
County Municipal Employees Benefit Trust and Agency Agreement and
to any rules and regulations which may be duly adopted by the Onondaga
County Legislature during the period of participation in such plan.
