Any person who violates any of the parking regulations of this
chapter shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not
more than $50 and costs of prosecution.
Unless another penalty
is expressly provided by the Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101
et seq.) or this chapter, every person convicted of a violation of
this chapter, or any supplement thereto, except for parking violations,
shall be liable to a fine of $25 and costs of prosecution.
