All fees for building permits, certificates of use, certificates
of nonconformance, certificates of occupancy, applications for building
permits, zoning enforcement appeals, applications for variance, applications
for special exceptions and any and all miscellaneous hearing requests
to the Zoning Hearing Board, as well as applications to the Borough
Council as pertain to zoning and/or planning, subdivision, land development
or the like, shall be set by resolution.
