The Township Committee shall cause all ordinances of the Township
of a permanent nature, including this code, to be codified. Upon completion
of such codification, the Committee shall cause the same to be updated
on a regular basis, preferably on an annual basis.
The codification shall include a full index and, as may be necessary,
explanatory notes such that it may be readily usable both by officers
or employees and the public at large.
A.
The codification or any portion thereof shall be available to the
public for inspection through the Township Clerk during regular office
hours. In addition, copies shall be available to the public, for reference
only, at any meeting of the Township Committee, Township boards, councils,
committees, commissions or other bodies.
B.
Duplicate copies of the codification or any portion thereof shall
be made available at a price to be determined by the Township Committee.
