Vehicular traffic and parking in Tindall Park is hereby regulated as follows:
A. 
Upon the public road in Tindall Park, vehicular traffic shall move only one way in the designated direction as shown by the signs indicating the direction traffic shall travel.
B. 
The speed limit for the park road is established and posted at 10 miles per hour.
C. 
The right-hand side and shoulder of the park road is established and posted as a no stopping or standing zone.
D. 
Two parking spaces in the parking lot for the miniature golf course and two parking spaces in the lot adjacent to the tennis courts are established as restricted parking spaces for use by handicapped persons as per N.J.S.A. 39:4-197.5.
E. 
Parking shall only be permitted in the lined spaces in the marked parking lot, and shall be limited to a duration of three hours.

The Public Works Department shall place and maintain appropriate directional and speed signs near the entrance, exit and intersections of this park road and appropriate no stopping and standing signs and handicapped parking signs, giving notice thereof.[1]
