as East Broad Street. Broad Street shall be the division line between
the northern and the southern sections of the Borough, and the Philadelphia
and Reading Railway tracks shall be the division line between the
eastern and the western section of the Borough.

at the western boundary line of the Borough, and extending east to
the Philadelphia and Reading Railway tracks, shall be known as West
