[Ord. No. 98-35, § 1, 11-18-1998]
The Town of Cumberland shall be notified not less than 24 hours
prior to detonation of any explosive as defined in G.L. (1956) ch.
28.28. Such notification shall be given by the holder of the permit
issued by the state fire marshall or said permit holder's designee.
Said notice shall be made to the Cumberland Police Department and
the Cumberland Department of Public Works.

Upon conviction for the violation of the provision of § 14-1, a fine of $100 shall be imposed for each such violation.
