A. The City shall have the power to enter the manufactured home park
at reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting and investigating
conditions relating to the enforcement of this chapter.
B. It shall be the duty of every occupant of a manufactured home park
to give the owner thereof or his agent or employee access to his manufactured
home at reasonable times, for the purpose of making such repairs or
alterations as are necessary to effect compliance with this chapter.
Prior to performing the repairs or alterations, the owner thereof
or his agent or employee shall provide the tenant with a written notice
of his intent to perform the repairs or alterations one day prior
to the start of the repairs or alterations. All efforts should be
made to obtain the tenant's permission prior to the start of the work.
In the event of an emergency, the park owner or his agent or employee
may perform the necessary repairs and shall provide the tenant with
a written notice of such repairs being made on the first business
day after the repairs were started.
The City shall have the power to inspect the register containing
a record of all residents of the manufactured home park.
It shall be the duty of the park management to give the City
free access to all lots at reasonable times for the purpose of inspection.
Representatives of the Department of Revenue and all other law
enforcement officials may enter any manufactured home park at any
time for the purpose of determining which, if any, manufactured homes
therein do not have displayed a certificate of title.
