The storage, collection and disposal of refuse in the manufactured
home park shall be so managed as to create no health hazards, rodent
harboring, insect breeding areas, fire hazards or air pollution. All
garbage and refuse shall be stored by the occupants in flytight, watertight,
rodent-proof containers, which shall conform to local ordinance provisions.
The collection of refuse in manufactured home parks shall be performed in accordance with the requirements set forth in Chapter 245, Solid Waste, of the City Code.
Open burning of any substance or material within the manufactured home park shall not be performed except in accordance with Chapter 182, Fire Prevention, of the City Code.
