All utility lines, including electric, telephone and other communication
or television signal cables, shall be laid underground within all
manufactured home parks. The methods of construction shall be those
commonly used in the utility industry with above-ground access points
for distribution and maintenance purposes. The installation of such
lines shall be in compliance with applicable orders, rules and regulations
of the Illinois Commerce Commission pursuant to the Illinois Public
Utilities Act (220 ILCS 5/1-101 et seq.).
All park drives shall be furnished with average illumination
of at least 2,500 lumens every 150 feet or equivalent. Illumination
shall be placed at such mounting heights as will provide illumination
for the safe movement of pedestrians and vehicles at night.
All electrical facilities required shall be installed prior
to issuance of a license to any manufactured home park or any stage
thereof.
All electrical alterations, modifications or connections performed
on any manufactured home or accessory structure shall be made in accordance
with the El Paso Municipal Code.
All manufactured home chassis shall be grounded in accordance
with the National Electrical Code.
