It shall be unlawful for a person under the age prescribed by law or state regulation over which the purchasing of alcoholic beverages is permitted to enter any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages for the purpose of purchasing or having served or delivered to him or her any alcoholic beverage.
It shall be unlawful for a person under the age prescribed by law or state regulation over which the purchasing of alcoholic beverages is permitted to consume any alcoholic beverage or to purchase, attempt to purchase or have another purchase for him or her any alcoholic beverage on any premises licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
It shall be unlawful for a person under the age prescribed by law or state regulation over which the purchasing of alcoholic beverages is permitted to misrepresent or misstate his or her age for the purpose of inducing any retail licensee or any employee of any retail licensee to sell, serve or deliver any alcoholic beverage to him or her.
Any person violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by a fine of not more than $2,000 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed 90 days or a period of community service not to exceed 90 days, or any combination thereof, in the discretion of the court. The continuation of such violation for each successive day shall constitute a separate offense, and the person or persons allowing or permitting the continuation of the violation may be punished as provided above for each separate offense.
