Owners and/or occupants of residential property are hereby prohibited
from holding more than four (4) sales of personal property to the
public per year on such property and each sale shall not last longer
than three (3) consecutive days. This Section refers to sales described
as garage, yard, lawn, yard, attic, porch, backyard, patio, rummage
or any other term involving the sale or barter of personal property.
