As used in this Part, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
BOROUGH
The Borough of Honey Brook.
CHIEF OF POLICE
The Chief of Police of the Police Department that services
the Borough of Honey Brook.
MAYOR
The Mayor of the Borough of Honey Brook.
PARADE
Any parade, march, procession (excluding wedding and funeral
processions), demonstration of any kind or any similar display in
or upon any street, park or other public place within the Borough
of Honey Brook.
PERSON
Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation,
company or organization of any kind.

The application for a license shall be accompanied by the fee.
The application fees for events shall be established by resolution
of Borough Council from time to time and shall be kept on file at
Borough Hall.

The Mayor or his duly authorized agent shall have the right
to suspend or revoke any license issued under this Part for violations
of one or more of the regulations promulgated hereunder.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a
fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment
of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30
days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues shall constitute
a separate offense.
