The Town of Windsor shall be divided into seven voting districts
identified as District 1, District 2, District 3, District 4, District
5, District 6, and District 7.

Voting District 1 shall consist of the area bounded and described
as follows:
Beginning at the point marking the intersection of the centerline
of Interstate 91 and the southerly boundary of West Norman Avenue,
said point being located on the southerly Windsor-Hartford Town line;
thence running southwesterly along said southerly boundary of West
Norman Avenue and said southerly Windsor-Hartford Town line to a point
marking the southwesterly corner of the Windsor-Bloomfield Town line;
thence running northerly along said Windsor-Bloomfield Town line approximately
10,000 feet to a point on said Windsor-Bloomfield Town line said point
being the northwesterly property corner of number 259 Willowcrest
Drive; thence running northeasterly along the northwesterly property

in the southeasterly direction along the Windsor-Windsor Locks Town
line to a point on the centerline of the Bradley Field Connector (Route
20); thence running in the general southeasterly direction along said
Windsor-Windsor Locks Town line and the centerline of said Bradley
Field Connector to a point at its intersection with the centerline
of Interstate 91; thence running southwesterly along said centerline
