A. A person commits the offense of harassment if for the purpose of
frightening or disturbing the peace of another person he or she:
1.
Communicates in any way, including in writing, telephone call,
text message or e-mail, any of the following:
a.
A threat to commit a felony; or
b.
Uses coarse language offensive to one of average sensibility;
or
c.
Communicates anonymously; or
d.
Makes repeated communications after having been told to stop;
or
e.
A combination of any of the above.
A person commits the offense of false imprisonment if he/she
knowingly restrains another unlawfully and without consent so as to
interfere substantially with his/her liberty.
