The annual Board of Review shall be composed
and governed by the provisions of §§ 70.46 and 70.47,
Wis. Stats.

A. Procedures.
(1) In order for a property owner or property owner's representative
to submit a request to testify by phone or submit a sworn written
statement, he or she must first comply with the following procedures:
(a)
The legal requirement to provide notice of intent to appear
at BOR must be satisfied; and
(b)
An objection form for real property assessment (PA-115A) must
be completed and submitted to the BOR as required by law.
(2) After the two requirements outlined above have been met, a request
to testify by telephone or submit a sworn written statement at Board
of Review (Form PA-814) may be submitted to the Town Clerk. Such requests
must be submitted in time to be considered by the Board at the first
meeting of the BOR.
B. Criteria to be considered. The Board may consider any or all of the
following factors when deciding whether to grant or deny the request:
(1) The requester's stated reason(s) for the request as indicated on
the PA-814.
(3) Ability of the requester to procure in person oral testimony and
any due diligence exhibited by the requester in procuring such testimony.
(4) Ability to cross examine the person providing the testimony.
(5) The BOR's technical capacity to honor the request.
(6) Any other factors that the Board deems pertinent to deciding the
request.

A. The Board of Police and Fire Commissioners shall consist
of five persons, three of whom shall constitute a quorum. The Town
Chairperson shall annually, between the last Monday of April and the
first Monday of May, appoint in writing, to be filed with the Secretary
of the Board, one member for a term of five years, subject to confirmation
by the Town Board. Residency in the Town of Grand Chute shall be a
requirement for appointment to the Board and for continued membership
on the Board.
B. The Board shall keep a record of its proceedings.
The Board of Police and Fire Commissioners shall have the power and
authority prescribed under § 62.13(2) to (5) and (7) to
(12), Wis. Stats. Specifically excluded are the provisions of § 62.13(6),
Wis. Stats., titled "Optional powers of board."
C. The Board of Police and Fire Commissioners shall appoint
the Police Chief and Fire Chief.
D. The Board of Police and Fire Commissioners shall adopt
all current Police and Fire Department policies, procedures, rules
and regulations.
E. Compensation for members of the Board of Police and
Fire Commissioners shall be set annually by the Town Board to be effective
with the term of members of the Board of Police and Fire Commissioners
and once set shall remain in such amount until amended or changed
by the Town Board.

A. The Joint Review Board shall be composed and governed by the provisions
of § 66.1105 (4m), Wis. Stats.
B. Joint Review Board members shall serve concurrent two-year terms
without compensation.
