A. 
It shall be the joint and several responsibility of the owner, occupant and tenant of every property fronting upon and alongside of any of the streets in the Borough of Lititz to remove or cause to be removed all snow from the sidewalks fronting and alongside such property within 24 hours after the snow shall have ceased to fall.
B. 
Each owner, tenant or person in charge of any property fronting on or adjoining any street in the Borough of Lititz shall clear a pathway of at least five feet in width on the sidewalk(s) in front of or adjoining such property.
C. 
In the event that snow on the sidewalk has become so hard that it cannot be removed without likelihood of damage to the sidewalk, the person charged with its removal shall, within the time mentioned in Subsection A hereof, cause enough abrasive to be put on the sidewalk to make travel safe; and shall, as soon thereafter as weather permits, cause to be cleared a path on said sidewalk at least five feet in width.
D. 
The owner, tenant or person shall prevent the falling of snow and/or ice from all buildings on their property adjacent to public sidewalks.
E. 
It shall be the joint and several responsibility of the owner, occupant and tenant of every property which has a hydrant located on or adjacent to the property boundary to remove snow, ice and other formed precipitation from the hydrant and area within a two-foot radius of the hydrant within 24 hours after the snow shall have ceased to fall.
F. 
It shall be the joint and several responsibility of the owner, occupant and tenant of every corner property where there exists a handicap ramp from the public sidewalk to the street to remove snow from the ramp at least three feet in width within 24 hours after the snow shall have ceased to fall. The responsible party shall maintain the surface of the ramp and remove any further snow that may be plowed, pushed or otherwise deposited onto the travel width of the ramp.
No person shall shovel, dump, throw, plow, pile or push any snow or ice removed from any driveway, sidewalk or parking lot across or into any street or immediately next to a fire hydrant or storm sewer.
A. 
Every person failing to comply with § 105-23 of this article within a period of 24 hours from the time the snow shall have ceased to fall shall be notified by the Borough to remove such snow within a period of 24 hours from the time of said notice. Any owner, occupant or tenant who shall fail to remove all snow from such sidewalk as noted in § 105-23 within said twenty-four-hour period shall be sentenced to pay an initial fine not to exceed $50, with second and third fines a minimum of $100 and $300 respectively, and in default of payment of such fines, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 days; provided, however, that if the District Magistrate Judge determines that the defendant is without the financial means to pay the fines and costs immediately or in a single remittance, such defendant shall be permitted to pay the fines or costs in installments and over such periods of time as the District Magistrate Judge deems to be just.
B. 
Every owner, person, occupant or tenant who causes to shovel, dump, throw, plow or push any snow or ice removed from any driveway, sidewalk or parking lot across or into any street or immediately next to a fire hydrant or storm sewer as noted in § 105-24 shall be sentenced to pay an initial fine not to exceed $50, with second and third fines a minimum of $100 and $300 respectively, and in default of payment of such fines, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 days; provided, however, that if the District Magistrate Judge determines that the defendant is without the financial means to pay the fines and costs immediately or in a single remittance, such defendant shall be permitted to pay the fines or costs in installments and over such periods of time as the District Magistrate Judge deems to be just.
