The officer conducting a tax sale in the Township shall collect and
pay into the Township treasury a fee for all costs incurred by the
Township in holding the sale. The amount of the fee so paid shall
be 2% of the existing lien on the property, but not less than $15
and not more than $100 for each property listed.
Notice of a tax sale shall be published electronically once in each
of the four calendar weeks preceding the calendar week of the day
the tax sale is to be held. When, in lien of publication of the notice
of tax sale, the Township sends notice to the property owner, and
to any person or entity entitled to notice of foreclosure, $25 per
notice for each property shall be added to cost of the tax sale.
