A. 
Any person, firm or corporation who or which commits an offense against, disobeys, neglects or refuses to comply with or resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of the Subdivision Control Regulations of the Town of LaFayette shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of an offense punishable by a fine not exceeding $350 for conviction of a first offense; for conviction of a second offense, both of which were committed within a period of five years, punishable by a fine of not less than $350 nor more than $700; and upon conviction for a third or subsequent offense, all of which were committed within a period of five years, punishable by a fine of not less than $700 nor more than $1,000. Each week an offense is continued shall be deemed a separate violation of these regulations.

B. 
In addition to the penalties provided by statute, the Town Board may also maintain an action or proceeding in the name of the Town in a court of competent jurisdiction to compel compliance with or to restrain by injunction the violation of these regulations.
