No person shall operate any motorized vehicle on the sidewalks
of the Borough of Spring Grove, Pennsylvania. The term "motorized
vehicles" specifically includes motor scooters, minibikes, go-carts
and snowmobiles but is not limited to the above-mentioned vehicles.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this article
shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not
more than $5, to be collected in the manner provided by law.
