It shall be unlawful for any person in the City to be a disorderly
person as defined by MCL 750.167.

It shall be unlawful for any person in the City to excite any
disturbance or contention in any tavern, store or grocery, manufacturing
establishment or in any street, lane, alley, highway, public building,
grounds or park, or at any election or other public meeting where
citizens are peacefully and lawfully assembled.

It shall be unlawful for any person in the City to disturb any
school, meeting or congregation lawfully assembled whether religious,
political or otherwise.

No person within the City shall, with the purpose of causing
public danger, alarm, disorder or nuisance, or if his conduct is likely
to cause public danger, alarm, disorder or nuisance, willfully use
abusive or obscene language or make an obscene or abusive gesture
to any other person when such words, by their very utterance, or such
act, by its very performance, inflict injury or tend to incite an
immediate breach of the peace.

It shall be unlawful for any person within the City to be intoxicated
in a public place and to either endanger directly the safety of another
person or of property or act in a manner that causes a public disturbance.
