No person shall engage in the sale of Christmas trees in the Township without a license. Licenses without a fee may be granted to persons desiring to engage in the sale of Christmas trees at designated sites upon their application to the Township Committee, accompanied by written permission of the owners of such sites and by a cash deposit of $100 as guaranty that the premises used will be left in condition satisfactory to the Chief of Police. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to permit any activity otherwise prohibited by Chapter 255, Land Development, of this Code.

Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in Chapter 1, Article I, of this Code. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
